How We Can Help
We’ll help you find somewhere worth living in
Whether you’re renting for the first time, moving between properties, or relocating to the area, we can help you search available homes, register your requirements and arrange viewings at a time that suits you.
We’re often the first to know about homes coming onto the market — registering with us means you’ll hear about suitable properties as soon as they’re available.
What we can do for you
How we support tenants
From your first search through to moving day, here’s what to expect.
Finding your next home
Browse homes that suit what you’re looking for
Our rental listings cover a range of property types and price points across the areas we cover. You can search online at any time, or speak to the team if you’d like help narrowing things down.
If you’re new to the area and not sure which location suits you best, we’re happy to talk through the options — transport links, schools, local amenities and typical rental prices all vary between our branch areas.

Register your requirements
Hear about properties before they go online
Registering your requirements with our lettings team means we can contact you as soon as something suitable becomes available — sometimes before it appears on the portals.
Let us know your preferred area, how many bedrooms you need, your budget and when you’re looking to move. The more specific you can be, the easier it is for us to match you to the right property.
Viewings & applications
See the property first, then decide
We conduct viewings six days a week. Our team can show you around, answer questions about the property and give you a realistic picture of the area.
If you’d like to apply for a property after viewing, we’ll explain what’s required and guide you through each step. We can’t guarantee that any application will be accepted, but we’ll be clear about where things stand throughout.

Referencing & moving in
What happens before you get the keys
Before a tenancy starts, we’ll carry out referencing — this typically involves employment and income checks, a credit check and references from previous landlords where available. We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed and when.
Once referencing is complete, we’ll go through the tenancy agreement with you, explain the deposit arrangements and confirm what happens on the day you move in. Nothing should come as a surprise.
Maintenance & repairs
Something needs fixing? Report it any time, day or night.
Our 24-hour reporting system takes you through a few questions to pin down the problem, gives you advice on containing it, and lets you add photos and make and model numbers. That means our local contractors arrive prepared, which means our contractors should arrive prepared. Nothing is outsourced to a call centre: your report goes straight to the lettings team in your local branch.
Tenant fees & payments
Permitted payments
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the payments a tenant can be asked to make are restricted. Here’s a summary — speak to your branch for full details.
We are a member of the National Federation of Property Professionals Client Money Protection Scheme and members of The Property Ombudsman (TPOS), following the TPOS Code of Practice.
Local lettings expertise
We know these areas and what’s available in them
Rental prices, availability and what you get for your money vary considerably across our patch. Our lettings teams are based in the areas they cover and can give you a realistic picture of the market.
If you’re unsure which area best suits your commute, budget or lifestyle, we’re happy to talk it through before you start viewing.
