Our 24-hour reporting system allows tenants to report issues 24 hours a day. The system will take your tenant through a number of questions to best determine the problem whilst giving them advice on how to contain and prepare.
They are also able to provide photos, make, and model numbers. This helps our local contractors to be prepared before they arrive to save on call-out charges. We do not outsource any maintenance to a third party or call centre. Your maintenance will be dealt with by our friendly and efficient staff within your local branch.
