How We Can Help
Letting a property takes more than putting it online
Finding the right tenant, setting the right rent and handling what follows takes local knowledge and experience. Our lettings teams have been doing this across Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Tring and Hemel Hempstead for over 35 years.
Whether you want us to find a tenant and step back, or take care of everything including management and maintenance, we have a service to suit.

Getting tenants in
Your property, presented properly
First impressions matter in the rental market. We photograph every property professionally, write an accurate description and list it across Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Zoopla and PrimeLocation — as well as matching it against tenants already registered with us.
Viewings are attended by a full-time member of our lettings team. We give feedback after every appointment and keep you informed throughout.

Referencing & tenancy setup
Checking tenants properly before they move in
We carry out thorough checks on all prospective tenants, including employment verification, affordability assessment, credit history and references from previous landlords where available.
Once referencing is complete, we prepare the tenancy agreement, collect the deposit and register it with a government-approved scheme, and carry out an inventory and check-in at the start of the tenancy.
Ongoing management
We stay involved — if you want us to
For fully managed landlords, we act as the point of contact for tenants during the tenancy. We handle maintenance requests, coordinate repairs with trusted contractors, carry out periodic inspections and deal with the day-to-day issues that come up.
You’ll be kept informed of anything significant, but you won’t need to field calls from tenants or spend time chasing tradespeople.

Maintenance & repairs
Maintenance handled locally, not by a call centre.
Your tenants can report issues 24 hours a day through our online system. It walks them through a few questions to identify the problem, offers advice on containing it, and captures photos and appliance details, so our local contractors arrive prepared and call-out charges stay down. We do not outsource maintenance to a third party: every report is dealt with by the lettings team in your local branch.

Landlord compliance
Keeping on top of your legal responsibilities
Landlord legislation has changed considerably in recent years. There are a number of legal requirements to meet before and during a tenancy — including gas safety, electrical safety, EPCs, smoke and CO alarms, and tenancy deposit rules.
We can guide you through the relevant requirements as part of the letting process and help arrange the certificates and checks your property needs. We don’t give legal advice, but we can flag what’s needed and help you stay on the right side of things.
Local lettings expertise
We know the rental market in these areas
Rental demand, achievable rents and void periods vary considerably across our patch. Setting the right rent means knowing what’s actually being agreed locally — not just what’s listed.
Our teams are based in the areas they cover. If you’re not sure what your property would achieve in the current market, a free rental valuation is a good place to start.
