Tenant Permitted Payments
Rental payments are payable per calendar month
Your security deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks rent.
Your holding deposit is equivalent to 1 weeks rent.
Including but not limited to key fobs and remote controls for gates and doors
to change or amend any Tenancy Agreement
Late rental payments will be chargeable from 14 days calculated on the interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate for each day the rent is late
