Tenant Permitted Payments
Payable per calendar month
Equivalent to 5 weeks rent
Equivalent to 1 weeks rent
(e.g key fob, electronic device for electric gates etc)
To change or amend any Tenancy Agreement, capped at £50
The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord interest at the rate of 3% per annum above the Bank of England base rate from time to time on any rent or other money payable under the tenancy agreement remaining unpaid for more than 14 days after the day on which it became due
