Is it a free valuation?
Yes, on both the rentals and sales side we offer a free valuation with no obligation. We are more than happy to visit you at your property at a time that suits you to give you the most up to date information on the property market and honest advice on what the property is worth.
Do you accompany viewings?
Yes, 100% of the time with a fully trained member of staff. Viewings are available 7 days a week.
Are you open Sundays?
Yes, we appreciate how important it is to be available for viewings 7 days a week.
Do you do evening viewings?
We do! We try to be as flexible as possible when arranging viewings on a property.
How experienced are you/how long have you been trading?
Michael Anthony started trading in 1989 and all of the original partners are still available on a daily basis.
Will I get prompt feedback?
Absolutely! We endeavour to not only give you prompt, but also clear feedback at all times.
Do you have an in house mortgage department?
We work alongside a number of experienced financial advisors, who would be happy to help in any way possible.
Can you recommend a conveyancing solicitor?
Over the years Michael Anthony have developed a number of trusted relationships to be able to assist our clients with the conveyancing process. The firms that we recommend are a mixture of traditional, local based solicitors and conveyancing firms who operate more online. We can work with you to advise which option would be best suited to you.
Will I get regular updates?
During both the marketing of the property and once a sale has been agreed, we will endeavour to keep you up to date throughout the entire process, we have always understood how important communication is.
Do you work on a no sale, no fee basis?
Yes we do! With no upfront marketing costs, our sales fee is exclusively on a “no sale, no fee” basis.
Which online sales portals will my property be uploaded to?
We currently advertise on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, and On The Market.
Will I be premium listed on Rightmove?
Yes, all of our properties are premium listed on Rightmove, ensuring the best level of online marketing on the website.
I’m not looking locally, can you still help?
Yes, of course! Michael Anthony operate within a network across the UK of other highly recommended local estate agents so we are able to assist in referring you for all of your property needs.
